Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Naivedya, we take pride in the quality of every product we ship. Since we deal in food products, please review our policy carefully.
Quick Summary: 48-hour reporting window for issues. Replacement or refund for damaged/wrong items. No returns on opened food products for hygiene reasons.
1. Returns & Replacement
We accept returns or offer replacements only in the following cases:
- Damaged product: Product received in damaged or leaking condition
- Wrong product: You received a different product than what you ordered
- Quality issue: Product does not meet the quality standards described (e.g., contamination, unusual odour, visible adulteration)
To initiate a return or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product via WhatsApp (+91 6377448994) or email (info@naivedya.store) with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue
- Brief description of the problem
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, the following are NOT eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Products where the seal has been broken (unless reporting damage)
- Products reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Products with issues arising from improper storage by the customer
3. Refund Process
Once we verify your complaint (typically within 24-48 hours), we will offer:
- Option 1: Free replacement of the product (shipped within 3-5 business days)
- Option 2: Full refund to your original payment method
Refund timelines:
- UPI / Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- Credit / Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via UPI or bank transfer within 5-7 business days
4. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before dispatch: Full refund will be processed. Contact us via WhatsApp immediately after placing the order.
- After dispatch: Cancellation is not possible once the product has been shipped. You may refuse delivery, and a refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of product unavailability, pricing errors, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping Damage
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged from outside, we recommend:
- Take photos/video of the package before opening
- Open the package carefully and document the condition of products inside
- Report to us within 48 hours with photos
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
