Free delivery on all orders above ₹999. We ship pan-India. Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days.

3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Stone-ground atta and cold-pressed oils are prepared fresh, so please allow for processing time. You will receive order confirmation and dispatch updates on WhatsApp.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking number and courier partner details via WhatsApp. You can also reach us at +91 6377448994 to check your order status.
5. Packaging
All products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition:
- Atta and dal: Sealed kraft stand-up pouches with zipper lock
- Oils: Glass bottles with secure caps, bubble-wrapped
- Ghee: Glass jars with tamper-evident lids, cushioned packaging
- All shipments include product information and storage instructions
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
7. Undelivered Packages
If a delivery attempt fails (customer unavailable, address inaccessible), the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (shipping charges may apply) or process a refund minus original shipping costs.
8. International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. International shipping for the diaspora community (UK, US, Singapore, UAE) is coming soon. Contact us if you'd like to be notified when international orders open.
