Welcome to naivedya.store ("Website"), operated by Naivedya ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our Website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By using this Website, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products & Pricing

All products listed on naivedya.store are organic food items including stone-ground atta, cold-pressed oils, hand-cleaned dal, and A2 desi cow ghee. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices applicable at the time of placing your order will be honoured.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed through our Website or via WhatsApp (+91 6377448994). We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking (processed by Razorpay), and Cash on Delivery (COD). A COD convenience fee of ₹49 applies. All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay's payment gateway — we do not store your card or banking details.

4. Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order, you will receive an Order ID. We will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm availability and delivery timeline. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Delivery

We deliver pan-India. Free delivery is available on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a delivery charge of ₹49 applies. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for complete details.

7. Quality Assurance

All Naivedya products are FSSAI registered and prepared following food safety standards. Our organic products are certified under PGS-India / NPOP as applicable. We are committed to delivering products that are शुद्ध (pure), सात्विक (wholesome), and जैविक (organic).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including the brand name "NAIVEDYA" / "नैवेद्य", logo, product images, packaging design, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Naivedya and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Naivedya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
